My dream catcher on my thigh done in Birmingham, UK at Modern Body Art by Ricardo. They were amazing, took 3 hours 20 mins and worth every second of the pain.
I got this Jan. 5th at Skinquake in Bloomington, IN. The artist was Colin, who was incredibly good; it only took about 45 minutes.
The tattoo itself is of the Tree of Gondor and a Latin phrase that means “What man is a man who does not make the world better?”. The phrase is from Kingdom of Heaven, though I don’t know where it actually originates from. These two together are symbols of purity of mind and spirit.
I try to live my life everyday with the idea that it’s not enough to simply be, but to strive to make the world better for as many people as possible.
I’m just wondering why certain people can’t just stick to what they say! Geesh!
